How we treat the people we represent.

Most recruiters get paid by the company and treat you as inventory. We treat both sides as the client — because a placement that works for one party but not the other doesn’t actually work.

We tell you the truth.

If the role isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. If your compensation expectation is out of range, we’ll say so. If the interview could’ve gone better, we’ll say that too. Honest feedback beats polite silence every time.

Your conversations stay private.

Looking while employed is common, and it stays confidential. We don’t pitch you to anyone without your permission, and we don’t name-drop our candidates to companies until you’re ready.

We stay in touch after the offer.
